High-level views and quick charts summarize operational data. Audit logs record user actions and key state changes, providing traceability for internal review and governance.

Tenants represent distinct organizations or sites. Within each tenant, users and roles define who can see and change which data. Super-admin capabilities support cross-tenant administration.
