Connecting Your EHR System

Neurithum integrates with major EHR systems to provide seamless data flow.

Prerequisites

Before starting:

  • Administrative access to your EHR
  • Network access configured
  • API credentials (if applicable)
  • Signed BAA with Neurithum

Integration Methods

FHIR API (Recommended)

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > EHR
  2. Select your EHR vendor
  3. Enter FHIR endpoint URL
  4. Configure authentication (OAuth 2.0)
  5. Test connection
  6. Map data fields

HL7 Interface

  1. Configure HL7 listener settings
  2. Set up message routing
  3. Define data mappings
  4. Test with sample messages

Direct Database (On-Premise)

  1. Install Neurithum connector agent
  2. Configure secure database connection
  3. Set up data extraction schedule
  4. Validate data integrity
